How does this work?

All items are custom,  made to order, and bespoke. The products you see are samples, with a starting price to give you an idea of range. I need your input to make one just for you!  So you select your items, and use the Request Quote button. Fill in the box with the ideas, colors, and details you want. I'll contact you via email, to continue the conversation to get a clear idea of what you would like.  Once we've nailed it down, including time frame and price, I'll send you an invoice with the details and pricing as discussed. Once you pay the invoice, I will get to work on your item.

Do you do alterations? 

No, I do not.

I've received an invoice, and I'm ready to pay, but I want to make a change to the design.  Can I do that? 

First, don't amend or pay the invoice.  Instead, reach out to me to discuss the changes, and I will send you a new invoice.  Even if it's a small change, I will send you a new invoice so that we are both clear on exactly what you want and are expecting to receive.

May I make a change to my order after I've paid the invoice? 

Once you've paid an invoice for an item, no changes can be made to the design.  You will not be rushed during the consultation, and will not be pressured into purchasing.  Please review the design specs and summary of the consultation on the invoice carefully.  This is important, I want you to be happy with the end result, and custom items are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, however, there are no refunds. Once you pay your invoice, I get to work acquiring your requested materials and working on your item.  Take all the time you need to decide to make a purchase.  I want you to love your custom item and all items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Can I return my purchase? 

No, custom items are one of a kind made for specifically for you, by me, at your request.  All items are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Do you offer expedited service or shipping?

Expedited service is available for a fee.

What if I provide the materials, will the price change?

If you would like to provide the materials for your item, during the consultation process we will discuss what is required, where you will need to ship the materials, the timeframe they will need to arrive within, and the price.  The invoice will reflect the agreed upon details.

I love the sample, may I purchase it?

If one of the samples is available for sale,  it can be found in the sample stock section. If you don't find it there, please contact me, you may be able to order it as a custom item in the same fabrics.

Are these items washed or washable? 

With the exception of Waterproof Canvas, Vinyl, and Faux Leather, all fabric is washed in Tide with bleach upon receipt to remove any sizing or chemicals that may remain from manufacturing.  You can wash your item gentle cycle, mild detergent, unless the aforementioned materials were used.  Those you can wipe clean with a damp cloth.

I found a bag I like, but it's too big (or too small) for my needs.  Can you make it with the dimensions I need?

Use the request quote button on the item to start the conversation about it, and make sure you include the dimensions you would like.

I used the information you listed on an item to browse the designer's site, and found an item there that I want.  Can you make it for me, even though it's not on your site?

 I want something that I don't see on your site, but I can describe it to you or send you a picture,  will you make it for me?
